In this dimension I believe I am Progressing/Proficient.
I lead and monitor instruction and learning on my campus by facilitating PLCs for all math content teams and influence student outcomes through my work in PLCs and campus professional developments. Further, I identify areas in need of improvement on my campus by working with administration to review and update the CIP with a plan and structure to support growth on my campus. Finally, I seek and implement new learning that grows my knowledge/skills. Please find evidence of my facilitation of DDIs for PLCs, my transcript of learning that extends beyond the basic expectations (such as TAPP), and agendas reflective of my PD.
